How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Jazzy Badger couldn’t be easier. To place an order:

  1. Browse our shop
  2. Search via the search bar
  3. Add the items you love to your basket
  4. Proceed to our simple checkout
  5. Sit back while we do the rest
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, so long as your order hasn’t already been dispatched. The quickest way to contact us to do this is via Facebook Messenger or an Instagram direct message.

*If we’ve already dispatched your order we will not be possible to cancel your order; however, you can still return the order to us as per our returns policy.

Can I change my delivery address once I’ve placed my order?

You cannot change your delivery address once an order has been made.

If you change your delivery address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.

How do I register for an account?
  1. Click ‘Create Account’ at the top left of the home page
  2. Enter your registration details
  3. Choose a secure, memorable password
  4. Click ‘Register Now’

You’ll receive a confirmation email for your new account. To log out of your account, just click “Log Out”.

How do I check my saved addresses are correct?
You can manage and update all of your personal information over at My Account.
To update your delivery address, go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Addresses’.
 
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
 
Jazzy Badger cannot take responsibility for orders placed to the incorrect address.
Where can I get my parcel delivered?

We deliver to any address, worldwide.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch/Maestro, as well as PayPal and Jazzy Badger gift cards.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?

How do I know my payment is secure?

All payments are made safely and securely via credit/debit card or PayPal. Jazzy Badger will never store credit card details and will never share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Our website is SSL Certified (always look for the green padlock) which means all information is totally secure and encrypted.

How can I pay by Gift Cards?

Enter your unique 16 digit gift card number in the ‘Have a gift card?’ box.

When is my payment taken out?

All orders will be charged at the time your order is submitted.

Why has my payment declined?

If your payment has been declined, please check the following

  • Are your card details correct including security code and expiry date?

Where is my order?

You can track your order with Royal Mail here using the unique tracking code found in your dispatch notification email.

What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?

If you’re out at the time of delivery, you will receive a calling card to reschedule or collect from a Royal Mail sorting office.

You can check the Royal Mail Website to find your local sorting office.

Can I have my order delivered on Sunday or Bank Holiday?

All of our standard delivery services are via Royal Mail, who do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

If you need an order delivered urgently please get in touch and we can discuss alternative delivery options.

Can I return my items?

Here at Jazzy Badger we try our best to accurately describe and photograph all of our items, however we understand people can change their mind.

Jazzy Badger will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order or a Royal Mail delivery attempt. Please use the contact form to notify us and we will provide a return address. We will issue a full refund minus p+p costs once we’ve receive the returned order.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, Jazzy Badger will offer a full refund and cover any return postage costs.

What are the time limits for returns?

Jazzy Badger will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order or a Royal Mail delivery attempt.

Can I return items to store which I’ve purchased online?

Here at Jazzy Badger we try our best to accurately describe and photograph all of our items, however we understand people can change their mind.

Have you received my returned goods?

You’ll receive a notification email as soon as we have processed your refund.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of returning your items please contact us.

How long will my refund take to be processed?

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider. If you have any questions please contact us.
