Here at Jazzy Badger we try our best to accurately describe and photograph all of our new & used items, however we understand you can change your mind.
Jazzy Badger will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order or a Royal Mail delivery attempt. Please use the contact form below to notify us and you will receive an email with a return address within 48 hours. We will issue a refund minus p+p costs once we’ve receive the returned order.
Due to PayPal terms and conditions and fees all returned items are subject to a 4% processing fee.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, Jazzy Badger will offer a full refund and cover any return postage costs.
